No account is required. Pomo for Reminders works entirely on your device using your existing Apple ID and iCloud Reminders. There's no sign-up, no third-party login, and no data sent to external servers.
Pomo requires permission to access your Reminders. On first launch, macOS will prompt you to grant access — make sure to tap "Allow."
If you accidentally denied access, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Reminders and enable Pomo for Reminders.
Yes. When you tap "Complete Task," the reminder is marked as completed in your native Reminders app — and synced to iCloud if you have that enabled. No duplicate entries, no manual cleanup.

If this is important to you, let me know — feature requests help shape what gets built next.

Yes. Pomo reads from your local Reminders database, so it works fully offline. If you have iCloud Reminders enabled, changes will sync when you're back online — but no internet connection is needed to use the app.
None. Pomo for Reminders does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. Your Reminders content never leaves your device. See the full Privacy Policy for details.
